This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://shuffle.life (the “Site”). When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. How do we use your personal information?

Your choices
When you first visit our website we show a banner asking whether you consent to non-essential cookies and tracking technologies. You can accept all, decline all, or choose individual categories.

We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, and we apply it automatically without asking you again.

Specific technologies you should know about
Linking your browsing to your email address
We use Klaviyo for email marketing. When you have given us your email address — for example by subscribing to our newsletter or placing an order — Klaviyo sets an identifier that links the pages and products you view on this Site to that email address. This is not anonymous analytics: it allows us to send you marketing based on what you looked at, including reminders about items you left in your cart.
Advertising and conversion measurement
We use advertising and measurement tags from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and TikTok. These record the pages and products you view and whether you go on to make a purchase, so that our advertising partners can show you our advertisements on other websites and apps and tell us whether those advertisements worked. Under California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and other US state privacy laws this may be considered a “sale”, “sharing” or “targeted advertising”, even though we receive no money for it. You can opt out using any of the routes described under “Your choices” above.
Meta advanced matching
In addition to browsing information, we transmit contact information you provide to us — such as email address, phone number, name and address — to Meta in hashed form, so that Meta can match your activity to a Meta account. This happens in your browser, through the Meta pixel.
Affiliate tracking
When you reach our store through an affiliate or publisher link, our affiliate networks set identifiers so that the referring partner can be credited for the resulting order.

Text marketing notifications
By subscribing to Shuffle Life Inc text notifications, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us about our products and services at the phone number you provided when you subscribed, and that the messages may be sent via automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency is recurring. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to opt-out and HELP for customer support. You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that attempting to opt-out by any means other than texting the opt-out commands above is not a reasonable means of opting out.
SMS Marketing
We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us. Opt-in data and consent for text messaging will not be shared with any third parties except for messaging partners, for the purpose of enabling and operating our text messaging program.
