Lifetime Guarantee Information

At Shuffle Life Inc., your Shuffle Wallet is covered by a lifetime guarantee. We will repair or replace your Shuffle Wallet product in the event it becomes damaged or defective during the life of the product. If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition. 

What Our Lifetime Guarantee Covers:

The warranty only covers failures or malfunctions occurred in normal use conditions during the warranty period, as well as for any material or workmanship defect. 

What Our Lifetime Guarantee Does Not Cover:

1. Damage is caused by accident, natural disaster, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance, or the abnormal use conditions;
2. Damage caused to this Product(s) by you or any non-authorized third party;
3. Damage is caused by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Shuffle Life Inc;
4. Not cover the regular wear and tear, scratches, dents, discoloration, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from environmental conditions.
5. Not cover the loss or theft of the product.

Or of similar causes of damage to the above.

Extended Warranty Information

We also offer 1 to 3 years of extended warranty plans for purchase to provide additional peace of mind for your Shuffle Wallet, coverage includes the following:

1. Same conditions as the original warranty.
2. Includes additional coverage for damage due to accidental drops, spills, impacts, and other unintended incidents that cause harm to the wallet’s functionality, and cause the product isn’t functioning properly. 

How to Make a Claim: 

Please contact us at support@shuffle.life with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, you may be required to send the product back to us, at your cost, for evaluation.

Pack the item(s) in the original Shuffle Life Inc packaging.

Once your return package has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your replacement. Upon receiving your item, we will assess the damage and determine whether it is covered under our Lifetime Guarantee or Extended Warranty. If approved, we will process the repair or replacement. Shuffle Life Inc reserves the right to replace the defective parts of the Product, or the Product itself, with new or refurbished replacement parts.

Replacement shipping will be covered by Shuffle Life Inc, excluding customs and taxes. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer(tariffs, taxes, etc.). For all domestic and Canadian return, a free return label will be provided once your warranty service request gets approved( except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the central mountainous regions). Defect product is not required to be returned for international orders.

Warranty Disclaimer:

1. This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable. 
2. 2. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by our team. We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim if we determine the claim to be fraudulent.
3. This Warranty does not include service to items in the claim.
4. This warranty applies only to Shuffle Wallet products purchased directly from our official website or from authorized retailers.
